Violations of terms of service may result in immediate termination of your access without notice or refund.

7. Certification and Results

Completion certificates are issued based on course progress and assessment criteria.

We do not guarantee job placement, promotion, or outcomes upon completion.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the course in question.

9. Modifications to Services

We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any part of the platform or course content at any time without prior notice.

10. Governing Law

The Term & security policy will be governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (KSA). Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Riyadh, KSA.
